I have been working at Elevatus for the past three years and it has undeniably been a very enriching and challenging experience for me. Elevatus is a fast-growing tech company and growing with it to become the Senior CSM and team lead – has enabled me to unleash my full potential and explore sides of my personality that I never thought I had. This monumental exposure and learning curve have helped experience powerful growth in my career. The company is led by the greatest minds and entrepreneurs; Yara Burgan and Yacoub Zureikat, both of who clearly empower each and everyone one of us to ensure that our needs are always recognized and met on a professional and personal level. Our team is not only highly talented – but each and everyone one of us adds value in his or her own way. We work together towards the same goal, focused and determined as one big family.

I had the privilege of working with the talented Elevatus team for the last two years as a Motion Graphics Director. The company skyrocketed and I was fortunate to be on onboard and grow with it along the way. We started as a small team and many of us worked remotely (including myself), and it wasn’t easy to adjust to remote work at first. But we made it through, and the sensational transformation was worth it! Elevatus is distinguished by its versatility and unique culture. Our work environment fosters cohesion between the in-house team and remote teams effortlessly. With a lot of effort and coordination and under the guidance of our entrepreneurial leaders – we’re reaching new heights on a recurring basis!

At Elevatus, it’s in our nature to innovate. And since I first joined Elevatus, I’ve learned – and continue to learn – new things. The learning curve is never-ending. Elevatus’ potential is what truly sets it apart from other tech providers in the market. What started as a last-minute job interview, today blossomed into a long-lasting relationship. I joined Elevatus as a Content Writer around two and a half years ago, when we were just a small team of eleven. We hustled, we learned, we laughed (and cried) – but we never gave up. What distinguishes Elevatus is its team of high caliber talent who are designing recruiting solutions that are so unique – they are beyond compare and currently unrivaled in the world. Growing with Elevatus has been an incredible learning curve for me. The management team always made sure I was heard and trusted from day one – which ignited an overflowing passion inside of me. What I learned over the past few years, I couldn’t have learned anywhere else. And I owe it all to Elevatus. Today, I’m the Content & Social Media Manager who feels part of something so much bigger.
